“LookzSee” and “LookzSee Social” are brand names of the company “LookzSee LLC”, herein referred to as “Company”, which is a business entity registered in the State of California as a Limited Liability Corporation.
WHEREAS “The Company” has launched a mobile-based application catering specifically to the salon industry, under the brand name “LookzSee”. This mobile-based application is available for download from the Apple and Google Play store and can be installed on iOS and Android versions respectively.

The mobile application caters to three sets of users, herein referred to as “Users” or “User”.

The first “User” is the one who provides the services in the salon industry, herein referred to as the “Stylist”.

The second “User” is the one who is the consumer of the services, herein referred to as the “Customer” AND

The third “User” is a salon location owner, herein referred to as the “Salon Owner”.

WHEREAS, the “Stylist” role within the application can also have a role of a “Salon Owner”, not limited to this dual role, the “Customer” can also have a role in the application as a “Salon Owner”. Regardless, of the role, the application has functions in which all “Users” can upload pictures and content apart from textual chat between the “Stylist” and the “Customer”.

WHEREAS, “LookzSee” is a brand of the application owned by the “Company”, while the “Company” and its brands will have no control over the uploaded pictures or textual content entered by a “User”. In such case, neither the “Company” nor its founders or partners will be responsible for any discourteous information entered or uploaded by a “User” and any claim against the “Company”, its founders, or partners will be termed baseless with NO legal binding over the discourteous image or content published or uploaded by a “User”.

WHEREAS, the “Company” will make possible attempts to identify any content or picture uploaded or communicated by any “User” ONLY if such breach is notified by another “User” by reporting any such instances. Regardless, the “Company” will NOT be held responsible for any such act caused due to any “User” and will hold the “User” liable for any charges levied under the court of law.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the “Company” provides “User” access to this mobile application which should be used only for the benefit of the “User” doing business or consuming services from another “User” in this salon industry.
